Sarah Hillier is professionally qualified in Youth & Community Development and has over 20 years’ experience of working within and collaboratively with Public and Voluntary Sectors. Over the last 7 years she has held senior management posts within NHFT, Northamptonshire County Council and a local Charity. During this time she gained experience and qualifications in coaching, communication, negotiation skills and customer service. Sarah has completed the ALICSE (Advanced Leadership in Integrated Children’s Services Environment) and is trained in Prince Project Management principles.
Sarah has been working solely within the Charity Sector for the last 3 years as a Peripatetic Regional Manager holding a diverse portfolio of services across multiple geographical regions encompassing work themes such as;

Youth Diversionary Activities
Family Support Services
Heath & Wellbeing Services
Sarah has knowledge of and has practically applied skill in Commissioning and Tender work, workforce mobilisation (including complexities of Tupe), formation of Service Specifications ready for tender, Operational Management and Service improvement projects.

A hardworking, resilient individual Sarah has an interest in change management and has delivered a variety of training and events to practitioners and decision makers, intended to implement systemic change.
Sarah has experience of short term improvement projects, designing and implementing service delivery models as well as leading change and transition. She has excellent knowledge of both local and national initiatives and policies which is essential when leading services at a time of significant legislative change.
She firmly believes that an outcomes framework approach is essential in all areas of organisational growth to drive change and improvement alongside clarity and credibility of outcomes.
