Katie originally qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1988 and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Katie worked as a Specialist Occupational Therapist in mental health for 30 years within the NHS (Adult and CAMHS) and independently. She has extensive experience both in individual, parent/child, group and family work.
Katie completed a two-year Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling from Leicester University in 2003 and a one year Introductory Course in Group Analytic Psychotherapy 1993-1994) which included an analytic perspective of the models of Family Therapy.
